Book now: Tom Bower on Corbyn’s ruthless plot for power

By

After four decades in politics, Jeremy Corbyn stands on the brink of power. But he is about to get his most searching examination yet – from the fiery and forensic biographer Tom Bower, whose profiles of politicians, business leaders and celebrities from Robert Maxwell to Tony Blair have been as unsparing to their subjects as they have been gripping for their readers.

His new biography of Jeremy Corbyn, Dangerous Hero: Corbyn’s Ruthless Plot for Power, may well be his most controversial book yet. Bower claims to “reveal hidden truths about Corbyn’s character, the causes and organisations he espouses” – as well as what a Corbyn government would mean for Britain.

Bower will be in conversation with Robert Colvile, Director of the Centre for Policy Studies and Editor-in-Chief of CapX, at an event next month. For details, please email [email protected].

John Ashmore is Deputy Editor of CapX.
